Virtual Assistant Services
One dedicated assistant for your digital marketing — social media, email marketing, CRM and lead follow-up, content, design, video, website and SEO work. Billed by the hour, month to month, at the same rate whether it is a Tuesday post or a Friday landing page.
What’s included
Everything your assistant can handle
These are not separate products with separate contracts. They are the digital marketing tasks a Go Socialate assistant takes off your desk, billed by the hour at the same rate.
Email marketing and newsletters
Newsletters, campaigns and nurture sequences written, loaded and sent in the email platform you already use, so your list hears from you on a steady rhythm instead of whenever there is a spare evening.
- Monthly newsletters built from your updates and offers
- Nurture and follow-up sequences, written and loaded ready to send
- Campaigns scheduled and checked before they go out
- List hygiene and simple reporting on what was opened and clicked
CRM, appointment setting and lead follow-up
Most small businesses do not lose deals because the pitch was wrong. They lose them because nobody followed up on day three, or day nine, or after the trade show. An assistant whose whole job is the follow-up fixes that, because it is the first thing on their list every morning rather than the last thing on yours.
- Working an inbound enquiry list and booking discovery calls straight into your calendar
- Chasing quotes and proposals that have gone quiet, on a schedule you set
- Confirming and rescheduling appointments so your no-show rate drops
- Researching target accounts and building clean prospect lists
- Sending first-touch outreach from your own email, in your own words
- Keeping the CRM honest so the pipeline reflects reality
You keep control of the message and the tone. Your assistant runs the sequence, logs every touch, and hands you a calendar with people on it.
Content writing and copy support
Writing is rarely the bottleneck. Finding two uninterrupted hours to do it is. An assistant handling the drafting, formatting and scheduling turns “I should really post something” into a steady publishing rhythm.
- Blog posts and articles drafted from your outline, notes or a recorded voice memo
- Service and landing page copy written around the phrases your buyers actually search
- Email newsletters and nurture sequences, written and loaded ready to send
- Social captions batched a month at a time
- Case studies and testimonials written up from client calls
- Editing and tightening drafts you have already started
Everything comes back for your approval before it goes anywhere. Nothing publishes without you seeing it.
Graphic design and brand assets
The design work that eats a small business owner’s week is almost never the big creative project. It is the hundredth social graphic, the one-pager for tomorrow’s meeting, the flyer that needs a new date on it.
- Social media graphics and carousels, batched to a template
- Presentation and pitch decks built out from your content
- One-pagers, flyers, menus and print collateral
- Ad creative sized for each platform
- Simple brand kits so everything you publish looks like it came from the same business
- Resizing and reformatting assets you already own
Work is done in Canva or Adobe, in files you own and can edit yourself afterwards. Nothing is locked away.
Video editing and repurposing
One recorded call, webinar or phone video is enough raw material for a month of content, but only if someone sits down and cuts it. That work is repetitive, time-consuming and exactly what you should not be doing yourself.
- Vertical short-form cuts for Reels, Shorts and TikTok from long recordings
- Captions and subtitles, since most people watch on mute
- Talking-head edits with the pauses, stumbles and dead air removed
- Intros, outros, lower thirds and end cards in your brand colours
- Podcast and webinar recordings cut into clips
- Simple product and walkthrough videos assembled from footage you send
You send the raw file. You get back the finished cuts, sized and captioned for wherever they are going.
Website updates and maintenance
Small website jobs are the ones that sit undone longest. They are too fiddly to squeeze between meetings and too small to justify calling an agency, so the outdated price list stays up for another quarter.
- Publishing and formatting new pages and posts in WordPress
- Updating prices, hours, staff, service lists and contact details
- Adding and testing contact forms, booking links and calls to action
- Plugin and theme updates, with a backup taken first
- Fixing broken links, missing images and layout problems on mobile
- Page speed and basic technical housekeeping
Your assistant works in your own hosting and CMS logins, using access you grant and can revoke at any time.
Organic marketing and SEO support
Organic growth is not a campaign you run once. It is a short list of unglamorous tasks done consistently for months, which is why it is the first thing to slide when the business gets busy.
- Keyword research on the phrases your buyers actually type
- On-page optimisation: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links
- Google Business Profile updates, posts and review responses
- Scheduling and community management across your social channels
- Local directory and citation listings kept accurate and consistent
- Monthly reporting on rankings, traffic and what moved
Slow by design. The compounding only works if somebody keeps showing up, and that somebody does not have to be you.
Google Ads management
Campaign setup, monitoring and reporting by a dedicated assistant, so your ad account is looked after every week instead of left running on autopilot.

Common questions
Working with Go Socialate – common questions
What services does Go Socialate offer?
Go Socialate provides dedicated virtual assistants for digital marketing work: social media management, email marketing, CRM and lead follow-up, content writing, graphic design, video editing, website updates, SEO and Google Ads support. General support is $5 per hour and technical and marketing work is $8 per hour.
What is the difference between general and technical work?
General support is recurring work that keeps your marketing running: scheduling posts, updating the CRM, following up leads and keeping records tidy. Technical work needs a specialist tool skill, such as editing your website, building email campaigns, setting up automations or managing ad accounts. You can use both, and you are only billed at the technical rate for the hours that actually need it.
How many hours a week should I start with?
Most owners start at 10 to 20 hours a week, which covers social posting, email campaigns and lead follow-up without over-committing. If you are handing over a defined project, such as a CRM clean-up or a website refresh, we scope the hours to the project instead. Hours can be increased once you see what gets handed off well.
Do I manage the assistant myself?
Yes, day to day. Your assistant reports to you, works in your tools and follows your process, which is what makes them feel like part of your team rather than an outsourced ticket queue. Go Socialate handles the recruiting, vetting, cover and admin behind them.
How does billing work?
You are billed for the hours worked at $5 per hour for general support and $8 per hour for technical and marketing work. There are no recruiting fees, payroll taxes, benefits, software or equipment costs on top, and no long-term contract.
