Hire a virtual assistant
Hire a Virtual Assistant for Your US Business
Go Socialate places dedicated virtual assistants with US small businesses for digital marketing work — social media, email marketing, CRM tools and website updates. One trained person, working your hours inside your own tools, from $5 an hour.
Desk clear
Every assistant passes a background check, signs a confidentiality agreement and receives logins through a password manager, never plain text.
Our assistants stay with us for years. We manage their workload so the person you train is the person you keep.
The hourly fee covers payroll taxes, benefits, equipment and software. Nothing is added on top.
During your working hours your assistant replies within two hours, with the task done or a clear delivery time for bigger jobs.
Why businesses hire one
A dedicated assistant, working your hours
The businesses that get the most from an assistant have one thing in common: the owner is still doing the marketing work that keeps the business visible. Posts go out late or not at all, the newsletter slips a month, leads sit in the CRM without follow-up, and small website fixes wait for weeks.
A dedicated virtual assistant takes that work on every week, inside your own accounts, so it gets done consistently without a full-time hire.

Why the hourly rate is what it is
A US employee does not cost you their salary. It costs you their salary plus recruiting, payroll taxes, health benefits, paid leave, a laptop, software seats and the hours you spend managing all of it.
What the rate covers
Our rate is flat and covers all of that on our side. Assistants are vetted, trained and work full-time as part of our own team, on your business hours across EST, CST, MST and PST. You pay for hours worked and scale them up or down as the workload changes.
Where a virtual assistant is not the answer
Worth being straight about this, because a bad fit wastes your money and our time. An assistant is not a substitute for a licensed professional — legal advice, filed tax returns and regulated financial or medical work all need someone qualified to sign off.
They also do not make the decisions. An assistant carries out your strategy rather than replacing it, and work that lives entirely in your head needs an hour of your time to explain properly the first time. The recurring marketing work that follows is where an assistant pays for itself.

Questions
Virtual assistant services – common questions
How much does a virtual assistant cost in the US?
US-based virtual assistants typically cost between $25 and $50 per hour. Go Socialate charges $5 per hour for general support and $8 per hour for technical and marketing work, with no recruiting fees, payroll taxes, benefits, equipment or office costs on top. A full-time assistant at 40 hours a week works out at roughly $800 per month at the general support rate.
What tasks can a virtual assistant do?
A Go Socialate assistant handles digital marketing work: social media scheduling and community replies, email newsletters and automated flows, CRM updates and lead follow-up, website and WordPress updates, content formatting and simple graphics, Google Ads housekeeping and weekly reporting.
How quickly can I get started with a virtual assistant?
Most clients are matched with an assistant within three to five business days. You start with a free consultation call, we scope the tasks and hours you need, you meet the assistant, and work begins once you are happy with the match.
Will my virtual assistant work in my time zone?
Yes. Assistants work your business hours across US time zones, including Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific, so your work is covered while your day is running rather than overnight.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract and no minimum commitment period. You can scale hours up or down, or stop, as your workload changes.
How do you keep my business data secure?
Assistants work inside your own tools and accounts using access you control, sign a confidentiality agreement before starting, and receive credentials through password-manager sharing rather than plain text. You can revoke access at any time.
What if my virtual assistant is not the right fit?
You are not stuck with the first match. Tell us what is not working and we will re-match you with a different assistant at no extra cost.
